The pale red terrain presents exceptional weather conditions with 2,500 hours of sun, a rainfall of 250mm, an altitude of 650m above sea level. It has planted 3 hectares of Cabernet sauvignon and 1 Has of Syrah.

The harvest is done by hand at the optimum moment of maturation of the grape. The harvesting takes place in the first fortnight of August.
